Oven Potatoes with Paprika and Cream Cheese

The oven potatoes are a refreshing and saturating specialty. They fit perfectly to grilled dishes or supplement a nice green salad.

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 red paprika
  • parsley
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 200 ยฐ C. 

  2. Wash the paprika and remove the seeds. Cut the paprika in very small pieces and put it in a small bowl.

  3. Add salt, freshly ground pepper and chopped parsley. 

  4. Cut the potatoes deeply (approximately 3-4 mm before the end), but they should remain complete.

  5. Place the potatoes in a baking dish, put some olive oil over it and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Using a knife, spread the cuts of the potatoes with cream cheese.

  7. Now put the paprika-mix carefully into the potatoes.

  8. Bake the potatoes about 40 - 50 minutes.
